ATREUM 2017 Prize Winner
At the recent ATREUM conference held in Crewe, Dr Jennifer Edwards won 2nd prize for most translatable research – IKC sponsored, and also a prize for her flash presentation – UKRMP sponsored.
ATREUM is a UK based conference and workshop, spearheaded by the E-TERM Fellows, which will help to set the future direction of UK TERM research. Here, selected Early Career Researchers (ECRs < 10 years post PhD) work with leaders in the field to define, direct and deliver the future of translational UK TERM research. Focusing on 5 key themes, ECRs explore current challenges in translational TERM research, and work with field leaders, funders, and governmental policy makers to identify strategies for overcoming translational barriers in UK TERM research.
