Join iMBE staff and students at this year's Be Curious day.

This year's theme is 'Brave New World' as the University once again seeks to engage the public in the pioneering studies undertaken at Leeds by showcasing some of our world-leading research in an easily accessible format.

More than 40 exciting activities will be on offer across several locations on campus, centred around Parkinson Court.

The iMBE stall is located at LG10 in the Michael Sadler Building and features:

Operation 101 – How engineering helps maintain our ageing bodies

Join us for a giant game of ‘Operation’ where you’ll find out how research from the Centre for Doctoral Training in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine is helping us find solutions for degeneration relating to age and injury. Learn about joint replacements, tissue engineering and advanced imaging – as well as much more!
